Position: SALES CONSULTANT

 Duties include: 

Ø      Understudies an experienced Senior Sales representative

Ø      Participate in all Training programs

Ø      Sells products for distributor to business and industrial establishments or individuals at sales office, store, showroom, or customer's place of business.

Ø      Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.

Ø      Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, or talks with customers on sales floor or by phone.

Ø      Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalogue, and emphasizes sellable features.

Ø      Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.

Ø      Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.Ø      Works with inside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.

Ø      Tracks stock levels.

Øand resolves customer problems with deliveries.

Ø      Attends trade shows. Skills required: 

Ø      Matric certificate

Ø      Interpersonal skills.

Ø      Must be computer literate.

Ø      Current valid driver’s license.

Ø      Basic mathematical skills.

Ø      Basic reasoning ability.

Ø      Alarms / Access and CCTV Technical and Sales experience an advantage.
