Technical Supportat WOODMEAD BRANCH Duties include:Ø Visual inspection of circuit board, checking for missing components, lightning damage, dry joint and broken traces.Ø Connecting of circuit boards to relevant equipment..Ø Diagnosing of malfunctioning components and replacing where necessary.Ø Testing of circuit boards for malfunction and providing technical department with feedback on faults found.Ø Final test of circuitry before release to Repairs Stores.Ø All relevant administration work for above functions.Ø Preferably TV/VCR repairs knowledge.Ø Telephonic technical supportØ Conduct product trainingØ Carry out product uploads and downloads for client’s. Skills required:Ø Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or one to three year’s related experience, and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ø Must be computer literate.Ø Basic mathematical skills.Ø Basic reasoning ability.
