Branch Administratorat DURBAN/PINETOWN BRANCH

Duties Include:

 

Ø      Manages Branch calendar and independently schedules appointments for employees.

Ø      Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible.

Ø      Organizes office operations and procedures including information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, stock control and other clerical services.

Ø      Arranges programs, meetings, events, or client training by arranging for facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget.

Ø      Directs preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for meetings.

Ø      Acts as custodian of branch documents and records.

Ø      Takes and transcribes dictation, and composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.

Ø      Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files where required.

Ø      Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings.

Ø      Fill in and assist with sales related issues.

Ø      Prepares activities reports for guidance of management.

Ø      Coordinates activities of various workers within department/branch including cleaning staff.

Ø      Assists sales reps where possible with quotations

Ø      Supervisors counter sales.



 

Job Requirements:

 

Ø      Matric certificate and one to three years related experience.

Ø      Customer/interpersonal skills

Ø      Must be computer literate

Ø      Basic mathematical/accounting skills

Ø      Basic reasoning ability
